About Me

Hey everyone! Im Ben Douglass the creator of Tempt Fitness & Recovery. long long time ago i was ending my teens after a long time being over weight. at my biggest needing to make i changed i stepped out of my comfort zone and started that journey in my early twenties to a fitter healthier life. with over 9 years in fitness experience and 40kg lost i was at my slimest and started becoming a PT. now over 5 years Industry experience and now the Fittest ive ever been i now know being healthy isnt all about the scales, clothes or a weight i can lift. ive had a fair share of injuries and have a new appreciation behind the healthcare providers helping others get back to their normal self. 

As a certified Personal Trainer & Remedial Massage Therapist apart of what i hope to offer and help you with is come to understand your best self through as much fitness as your life allows and your natural center baseline through GENUINE recovery not just a few minutes of stretching. Fitness has so many faucets and so does recovery, as a Master Functional Trainer and Remedial Massage Therapist i can help you find the balance your struggling to find from your fitness/injuries/ sports/lifestyle and help prevent some of the things that will put your life on hold.
