Beginner
As a "Beginner" the bare minimum you need to get into fitness is a comfortable "floor"/yoga mat, a type of bench or chair and a set of physio bands (some supplement stores even give them away during sales with your purchases). you dont need to get any of these 3 however if you dont have any comfortable floor, bench or free bands you can start here. all upcoming NO Euipment reccomendations is under the assumption you have these.
Intermediate
As someone who has trained for 6 months or more with intent you can be classed as a novice/intermediate. Well over majority of gym goers are in this category meaning the reccomendations are just as large.
